These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the TIPSY website and your membership of the Travel Industry Padel Society (“TIPSY”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or joining as a member, you agree to these terms.
Membership
- Membership of TIPSY is free.
- TIPSY is intended for people working in, or connected to, the travel industry. We may decline or withdraw membership at our discretion.
- When you register, you agree to provide accurate details and to keep them up to date.
- You can ask to end your membership at any time by contacting us.
Events
- TIPSY events are social and open to all abilities. Details, dates and venues will be confirmed for each event and may change.
- Places at events may be limited. Registering interest or membership does not guarantee a place at any particular event.
- You take part in padel and any physical activity at your own risk, and are responsible for ensuring you are fit to play. Venues will have their own rules and safety requirements, which you agree to follow.
Use of this website
- You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, including by submitting false information or attempting to disrupt the site.
- The content, branding and design of this website belong to TIPSY unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. Please read it to understand how your data is collected and used.
Liability
We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or attendance at events, other than liability that cannot be excluded by law.
