When you register as a member, register interest in a location, or contact us, we collect:

- Optional details — such as your company, job title, travel-industry sector, preferred city, padel ability, and anything you include in a message.

- To keep you informed about TIPSY events, dates, locations and society updates.

- To understand which locations members are interested in, so we can plan events.

Form submissions on this website are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, acting as our data processor. We may use email tools to send you updates. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Some third-party services used to deliver this website — such as Google Fonts and the content-delivery networks that serve the site’s scripts — may process your IP address as a normal part of loading the page.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as you remain a member and are interested in TIPSY events. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so promptly.
